I already listen to Pomp's podcast and read his newsletter. How is this any different?
The training program is entirely different than a podcast, newsletter, or free course. You will learn in a cohort, network, and have coaches to help you along your journey. We have social events, resume & interview guidance, and a career day with top companies in the industry. You will get to ask questions, meet others, and you will have lifetime access to all program materials. We encourage learning on Youtube, podcasts, and newsletters, but if you want to dive deeper, meet others, and/or enter the industry, this program is for you!
How long will I have access to the program?
You’ll have lifetime access to all of the program's materials even after the program ends. This includes access to the Slack community, all of the program resources (60+ slide decks, study guides, career tools, and curated resource lists), and the workshop recordings!
I work full-time. Do I have time to participate in this program?
Yes! This program was built for full-time professionals. Pomp will lead two, hour-long Zoom weekly workshops on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 PM ET. Outside of that, expect curated reading, projects, and virtual social events to meet your fellow cohort mates. There will also be discussion groups at various times throughout the week, where you can dive deeper into concepts from the workshops. In total, you should expect to commit 3-10 hours per week to the program.
Do I have to attend all of the live sessions in real time?
No, we record every workshop and make it available for you to replay at your convenience. You will have lifetime access to all of the recordings from your cohort. However, we strongly recommend that you participate live whenever possible so you can ask questions directly to Pomp and participate in the breakout discussions.
Why couldn’t you offer this program for free?
We offer as many resources for free as possible (podcast, newsletter, jobs blog, Youtube, etc.). We highly recommend free learning, but if you want to dive deeper, learn in a cohort, network, and ask questions, this program is for you. Everything is live, whereas free content is often self-paced, and your questions are likely to go unanswered. We put a significant amount of time and effort into developing and managing this program and have seven coaches that dedicate their time and energy to making sure students move closer to their goals.

What is Career Day?
We aim to get job seekers in front of as many companies as possible. During the final workshop, we’ll have multiple companies come in and present to the group. They’ll discuss their open roles, what they look for in candidates, things applicants can do to stand out, and field a bunch of Q&A from the group. Past Career Day attendees include Coinbase, Gemini, Serotonin, Real Vision, Unstoppable Domains, Hut8 Mining, Messari, Strike, Bitcoin Inc, and many more!
Will I have the chance to interact directly with Pomp?
Absolutely! There will be plenty of time for Q&A throughout each of the workshops where you will be able to ask your questions to Pomp directly.
What kind of roles are available in the industry?
All different kinds! There are thousands of open roles, and a significant portion of the open roles do not require a technical background. This training program has helped students land roles at over 80 of the industry's top companies!
